Dr. Uchenna Umeh is a board certified regional anesthesiologist at HSS. She completed her residency at Westchester Medical Center and subsequently did a one-year regional anesthesiology and acute pain medicine fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Dr. Umeh’s research interests lie in regional anesthesiology and acute pain medicine, diversity and equity, as well as healthcare disparities. She also has a strong interest in resident and medical student education and mentorship.
