Rona Edomwonyi

Rona Edomwonyi is a full-stack product marketing leader with over a decade of experience driving impact at the intersection of media, entertainment, and technology. She recently joined Amazon, where she focuses on scaling innovative audio advertising solutions across one of the world’s most powerful platforms.

Previously, Rona led product marketing at UnitedMasters, where she developed go-to-market strategies and oversaw creative execution for music distribution products that empower independent artists to own their futures. Her work spanned both B2B and B2C offerings, leveraging creative storytelling and analytical rigor to bring culturally relevant products to market.

Rona’s global career began in Johannesburg, South Africa, where she founded Brandpulse, a brand consulting firm, and drove business development at Bamboo Network, a brand innovation agency serving clients across Southern and West Africa. She later transitioned into product marketing through hands-on roles at Spotify, before joining TikTok during a period of hypergrowth. There, she launched branded augmented reality formats, creator monetization tools, and measurement products that helped redefine how brands engage with creators.

She brings deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, narrative development, and cross-functional leadership, crafting products and campaigns that resonate with diverse, multigenerational audiences. Her client and partner portfolio includes startups and global brands alike, such as BET, Unilever, 3M, Pernod Ricard, and IBM Blockchain.

Rona holds an MBA in Media and Technology from Columbia Business School and a BA in Marketing from Howard University. She is passionate about using cultural intelligence, storytelling, and systems thinking to build tools that unlock creative and commercial value at scale.
