Rashida Elbourne

Rashida Elbourne is a Strategy and Operations Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where she partners with global banking clients to drive digital transformation, streamline operations and deliver tailored solutions which fuel growth and enhance client satisfaction. Rashida was raised globally as a daughter of parents who both served in the United States Air Force calling places like Japan, Panama, Germany, Texas and Virginia home. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Livingstone College; a M.A. from Norfolk State University and MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School. 

Beyond her professional work, Rashida is deeply committed to community impact. She founded and continues to lead Project Blanket, a nonprofit organization, collecting gently used blankets for unhoused individuals in Newark, New Jersey. She is an esteemed Board Member of Ariventures Abroad, a nonprofit organization dedicated to making global education accessible for underrepresented students specifically focusing on study abroad programs and works closely with Jackie Robinson Foundation where she provides skill building programing for future leaders. 

In her career, Rashida has built expertise in navigating complex financial landscapes, she leverages her deep understanding of market trends, and emerging financial technologies to help multibillion-dollar banks optimize efficiency and build long-term competitive advantage. Her drive for process improvement has awarded her the opportunity to learn from leaders and share the knowledge with others while her passion for her community and social impact strengthens her commitment to expanding access and creating lasting outcomes in underserved communities.
