Lisa Farrow is a business and technology leader with more than 20 years of experience helping large organizations operate more effectively, move faster, and deliver better results. She currently serves as Director, Program Delivery at the National Basketball Association, where she leads digital transformations and high‑impact initiatives that improve how league teams plan, coordinate, and deliver work across the organization. Her focus is on simplifying complex efforts, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring investments translate into real business value.
Earlier in her career, Lisa held key positions in marketing and transformation at organizations including American Express, SiriusXM, HSBC, and APMEX. Across these roles, she led large teams, managed significant budgets, and delivered measurable growth by improving customer engagement, operational discipline, and decision‑making.
Lisa holds an MBA from NYU Stern, a BS in Computer Science from Pace University, and advanced certifications in leadership, project management, and business agility.
Lisa is a Jackie Robinson Foundation Alumna and has served as Northeast Region Chair for the JRF Scholarship Advisory Committee for over 15 years. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. and her favorite hobbies include global travel, photography, tennis and skiing.
