Joseph Moore is the Technical Process Improvement leader for GE’s Evendale Defense Combat Propulsion group, where he leads the implementation of FLIGHT DECK within the large military engine design engineering team.  Previously, he was the cost productivity leader for GE’s defense engine product lines and has held roles in the manufacturing supply chain and commercial engine customer service organizations.

Joseph graduated from GE’s Operations Management Leadership Program in 2012. He holds a master’s degree in aeronautical and astronautical engineering from Purdue University and a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from Auburn University.  

In his free time, Joseph enjoys drumming, golfing, volunteering, being active in his local church, and basketball officiating. He has been married to Jennifer for 11 years and is the proud doggy daddy of 10-year-old Brendon.
