Dolapo Sangokoya is an award-winning director, creative executive, and on-camera host working at the intersection of music, storytelling, and cultural impact.

Recognized by Billboard as a Hip-Hop/R&B Power Player, she is a Clio Music Award winner, multi–Telly Award recipient, and Webby Award nominee. Her work spans integrated campaigns, branded entertainment, and cinematic storytelling, reflecting a creative vision that transcends platform and genre. 

As the former Director of Content at Sony Music’s Legacy Recordings, Dolapo led the creative direction and production of award-winning programming for some of the most influential artists of our time. During her tenure, she directed Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You” (Festive Lambs Edition) official music video and helmed Usher’s acclaimed “My Way 25” Mini Doc, among many other celebrated projects, bringing contemporary perspective and cinematic scale to legacy-defining artistry.

Currently, as Betches Media’s first Head of Branded Video, she is building and leading the company’s commercial-grade video studio, driving premium creative partnerships with leading brands. Shortly after stepping into the role, she directed and produced Betches’ first breakout viral commercial for Dunkin’, starring “The Boy Is Mine” icons Brandy and Monica—demonstrating decisive leadership and an instinct for translating cultural moments into impactful brand storytelling.
