Divania Sykes is a creative problem-solver and solution driven leader with over 13 years of global experience in program management, digital transformation and operations. By day, she’s the Director of Business Operations in the Shared Technology Services organization at GE Aerospace, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring overall financial accuracy across STS. By night (and weekends) over the last 5 years, she’s a freelance graphic and brand designer, channeling her creativity into building visually bold brands. 

A proud Flint, MI native, Divania combines her knack for strategy with her love for community into everything that she does. As an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, she’s spent four years sharpening her expertise in social media management, public relations, and copy editing – and has been recognized for her outstanding contributions. In addition, she has supported/supports several community service activities in her local community in Houston, TX and in her hometown Flint, MI, most notably partnering with a group of friends to secure a home for a family in Flint, MI who lost everything to a fire.

When she needs a break from all thing’s ‘work’, you’ll find her shopping for her next great find, doing DIY projects around her home, traveling to new destinations, or spending quality time with her family. Divania’s philosophy—“Origin does not determine destination”—is a testament to her journey of growth, grit, and the pursuit of excellence.
