Davon Dickson is the Director of the Career Center at La Salle University, where he leads strategic initiatives focused on centralized internship development, employer engagement, and embedding career readiness across the academic experience. With a background in experiential learning and career services leadership, Davon works to build scalable systems that connect first-generation and Pell-eligible students to meaningful career pathways.

He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Education, with research interests centered on organizational influence, experiential learning, and the integration of career readiness into institutional strategy. Davon is passionate about creating equitable access to opportunity and building career ecosystems that prepare students for lifelong success.
