Courtney Miller is a Lean Leader for GE Aerospace where she coaches and supports teams through continuous improvement and problem solving. Courtney has spent most of her career working in the Aerospace & Defense sector within manufacturing and supply chain spaces at both GE Aerospace and Pratt & Whitney. Courtney also worked as a supply chain technical consultant at AWS where she drove strategic transformation using cloud technology, machine learning, and AI for large corporations.
