Breanna is a Director in EY-Parthenon’s Deal Management practice based in New York City, bringing more than five years of prior finance experience across the financial services, non-profit, and education sectors. She has led complex transaction engagements, including developing GL mapping and synergy identification models for the integration of two medical aesthetics companies that enabled $70M in recurring cost savings, steering real estate business cases and scenario modeling for U.S. site consolidations, and managing global Finance and IT integration planning and execution for a $500M merger. Breanna has also supported a $2.2B global medical device carve-out by leading census data cleansing and cost analysis to evaluate incremental, one-time, and stranded costs.
In addition to integration work, Breanna has deep expertise in separation planning, having supported the global PMO lead for the STAIRs (Supply, Trade, Artwork Centers, Integrated portfolio management, Regulatory) team on a $6.3B biopharmaceutical spin-off and providing enterprise IT separation support to a multinational aerospace and defense company. She has led a corporate strategy workstream for a $7B flooring manufacturer, using retailer and consumer insights to inform a new go-to-market strategy, and serves as a key contact for deal governance and pricing, synthesizing and presenting weekly SaT pipeline, pricing, and margin data.
Breanna holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and International Business with a minor in Spanish from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
