Angelia Neal is a senior HR executive, certified coach, and professional development strategist. In 2015 she founded Gordon Neal Coaching and Consulting with the goal of empowering individuals and organizations through coaching, professional development and leadership advisory strategies. With more than 20 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, coaching, and consulting, Angelia understands what people and organizations need to clarify vision, navigate change, and achieve meaningful results.

She has coached rising professionals, executives, political appointees, and Csuite leaders. The common thread across every engagement is pursuing purpose with excellence, courage, and strategy. Her passion for developing others has created opportunities to serve as a board member and volunteer with several community-based and professional organizations. 

Angelia is a native of Louisiana and a proud graduate of Southern University and A&M College and Colorado State University. Angelia and her family reside in the Washington, DC metro area.
